Rider University and Westminster Choir College License Plates With over 40,000 Rider and Westminster alumni and students calling the Garden and Keystone States their home, we would like to start alumni license plate programs. The catch is that we need 500 people signed up for each plate in New Jersey and 300 in Pennsylvania before we can submit our requests. We've had a terrific response so far, but we still need more to reach the minimums. So, if you are interested in this opportunity, click on the state/school plate combo you're interested in to add yourself to the list.
Once we reach the required number of names for each type of plate, we will email everyone to gather the required information and fees.
